Being an accountant is part of who I am but in the end it is all about people and that is what guides my actions.  Change management is about bringing people on board and harnessing  the power of the team - financial reporting is the framework that provides guidance, metrics, and a definition of success in that process.

I focus on the user and prepare reports which are easily understand and acted upon.   When information is clear, concise, trustworthy and consistent then the issues and next steps are clear to all.
